AAARGH
By John C. Zimmerman
Associate Professor
University of Nevada, Las Vegas
To the Memory of Mark Van Alstine
Last October I had a study published on this website which examined the Auschwitz body disposal theories of Holocaust denier Carlo Mattogno. The title of the study is Body Disposal at Auschwitz: The End of Holocaust Denial, [...]
The text has been removed under threat by Mr Zimmerman who does not really appreciate scientific discussions and normùal dialogue. Here follows an exchange of letter between the provider of one of the site supporting AAARGH and the concerned webmaster:

We make it our policy to investigate any
and all claims of copyright
violation. The document in question:
http://abbc.com/aaargh/fran/actu/actu00/doc2000/zim.html
Is labeled as being authored by John C. Zimmerman of the University
of
Nevada. The email address <[email protected]> supports
this, so I
presently will assume that this John C. Zimmerman, and the author
of the
relevant document are the same.
As our servers are located within the
United States of America, we must
(and do) honor all relevant copyright and patent laws.
Mr. Zimmerman:
United States copyright laws are ordinarily
very nonspecific about
reprinting and republications in excerpt and/or in whole. If
your document
has no explicit licensing then it is of course your decision.
The original
reference-document:
http://www.holocaust-history.org/auschwitz/body-disposal/
suggests a personal copyright (at the bottom of the document),
and makes no
reference to other licensing (including that by inclusion of
larger work).
Mr. W.:
It is the opinion of Internet Connection
that your site contains
intellectual property that you do not have rights to. The owner
of this
property in-question has now explicitly revoked any implicit
licensing for
duplicating his work. Please remove this content from your server
and
adjust any links.
You are recommended to produce links to
the original document in URL-space,
as reference of copyrighted material is not the same as duplication.

We have been generous enough to reproduce on OUR site the arguments of our opponent, a Mr. Zimmerman for all readers to be able to make a judgement. This opportunity obviously frightens Mr. Zimmerman. We know why. His attitude is an aknowledgement of the remarkable weakness of his arguments. Let Mr Zimmerman return to his original obscurity.
